Very good Steli! But I believe that if you can combine FUN with learning , you will reach the highest AND fastest level of learning! (even higher than teaching)

Hello Steli
Sorry for my English (i'm french): I've to improve it...this comment is a good exercise for me ! :-)
There are so many things to say about this subject !
Perhaps, a few ideas witch I find very important !
I believe that the better way of learning is trying and doing something…Above all, learning must be practical and heuristic !
I believe that’s important to have fun with what you’re learning : all becomes so easy and quickly !
I believe that the meaning of what you are learning is very important for increasing your learning motivation
I believe that sharing and co-working are very helpful to learn and to create our own knowledge ! (Networking on the web and web 2.0 applications help a lot ! )
I believe theoretical knowledge is complementary to practical knowledge !
I believe in self-learning
I believe that coaching somebody is more pertinent than teaching him something
I believe in auto-organised system ! I’m very fascinated about that point ! and I have some experiences of network learning !
In fact, I’m already a “supercool teacher” on my blogs and with my comments on some other blogs ! J And I want to go further !
PS tell me if I made some english mistakes - thanks a lot for your help !

One more thing : I believe that coaching and learning is right and a duty for everyone ! that point is the first step to a more humanist world...each depend on the other ! each grow with the other !

Where's the application for your college? I want to be taught by someone who actually cares that I learn..by an instructor, not a professor. Professors lecture, instructors teach.
Colleges become universities when they forget about the students.

I believe the foundation of learning and knowledge should be life principle...

Euripidis: You´re absolutly right bro!!! I believe that having fun is the booster to new learning too!!! Maybe having fun WHILE teaching is the fastest form of learning ;)
Halil: Yeah bro - learning is ubiquitous!
Florence: first of all your english is good ( I don´t know if my opinion counts because I believe MY english needs major improvements but hey...that´s my blog so I guess that counts a little bit at least :)
I like your believes about learning. The one I like the most is the believe in DOING!!! In Germany there is a saying "Es gibt nichts gutes ausser man tut es!" which means there is nothing good other then to do it!
and YES - I believe that you are already a supercool teacher too :)
Bryan: Bro, I know exactly what you mean!!!
You´ll get the application as soon as Supercool School is live ;)
Sonnie: absolutely! I believe that we should learn this principle of life very early. It would make alot of things easier :)

I believe that hardship teaches us myriads.
I believe that children teach us more than we give them credit for.
I believe that even an old dog can learn new tricks and my 82 year old girlfriend whom I taught to use a computer proves me right.
Steli you are such a WONDER and I will come back to read your story!
in appreciation

Hey Steli, love your blog and your theories.
I think what you wanted to search for is "beliefs about learning" which has 46,000 hits.
My wife is Japanese so we encounter all these English language quirks regularly.
Anyway, your point is still totally valid.
