I´ve watched this video several times and I LOVE the statement that George Soros made in this interview about his secret to success:

I totally understand that Socratic attitude, that I know nothing so I am open to learn everything, but in business I worry that too much of that philosophy will only breed a lack of confidence.

Hey Avi,
I can see your point. George Soros hasn´t done too bad in business though ;)
I think this philosophy works pretty well when you understand that EVERYONE is wrong ALL the time. Constant improvement is key to success no matter in what field you´re in.
But it takes some time to feel good and confident while understanding the power of this attitude.
