IQ is a quotient, not an absolute number. Despite jokes to the contrary, I understand that the world's population is becoming more intelligent (nutrition, as much as anything). If so, then a child with a numerical IQ score equal to Einstein would be more intelligent than Einstein, at least once you factor out the age component of the test.
